About This Role

Monitor and maintain performance and availability of critical applications and infrastructure using AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor.

Provide L1 and L2 support for system incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with SLAs for 24/7 system uptime.

Conduct health checks and performance tuning for SQL databases, manage Windows servers and IIS configurations, and participate in system upgrades and patches.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

1-3 years of experience in systems monitoring and support roles.

Hands-on familiarity with application performance monitoring tools (AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor), SQL databases, Windows Server, and IIS management.

Willingness and availability to work 24x7 shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience operating in a 24/7 IT operations environment supporting critical systems with strict SLAs.

Comfortable handling first and second-level technical support and performing RCA to improve system reliability.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices and healthcare domain applications is a plus but not mandatory.
