Consult, design, facilitate and manage learning, change, and transformational programs for multiple audience levels, scaling delivery across businesses in India.
Lead and develop the Talent & Growth team and manage cross-functional partnerships, external vendors, and measurement of program impact with data-driven approaches.
Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Psychology, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in organization consulting, talent development, business partnering, and leadership facilitation; multinational company experience preferred.
Strong people leadership experience managing high-performing, inclusive teams.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Location requirement: Bangalore, India; Periodic business travel as required.
