Design and implement production retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures and multi-phase agent workflows with reliability guardrails for AI systems.
Lead technical design reviews, mentor engineers, and drive Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices as the principal AI architecture authority.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of software engineering experience with significant focus on architecture and technical leadership of large-scale, multi-tenant, or high-throughput platforms.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering production Generative AI solutions including schema validation, guardrails, and fallback logic.
Cloud-native engineering experience (Azure), programming skills in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js/TypeScript), and expertise in distributed system orchestration and search/retrieval technologies.

Skilled in applying rigorous engineering discipline to AI workflows and integrating heterogeneous enterprise data sources at scale.
