Collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address queries, implement process improvements, and manage special projects such as entity transitions and new acquisitions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, CA, CA Inter, or equivalent certification preferred.
4+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 1 year in a cash accounting role.
Mandatory proficiency in Oracle systems and strong technical expertise in GL management, reconciliations, and close processes.
Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and statutory reporting; proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AI and automation for process efficiency preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex accounting operations with subledger knowledge for Cash, AP, AR, and Intercompany accounts.
Able to independently assess issue complexity, escalate appropriately, and recommend solutions, reflecting a problem-solving and client-service mindset.
Skilled in driving process improvements and leveraging technology including AI and automation for operational efficiencies in a cross-functional, international environment.
