Platform Architect II (Middleware Technologies, Load Balancer, Cloud Architecture)

Design and deliver internet infrastructure solutions including middleware technologies, load balancers, and cloud architecture aligned with Mastercard’s operational and security standards.

Generate and maintain technical architecture documentation (TAD), logical flows, and system requirements ensuring completeness and alignment with stakeholder needs.

Lead regional projects by planning, resource management, and problem resolution to ensure system stability and performance globally.

3-5 years of experience in similar technology or role.

Strong knowledge of network, operating system principles, and web architecture.

Deep understanding of load balancer configurations, firewall policies, failover strategies, disaster failover techniques, and routing strategies.

Awareness of cloud design and architecture.

Experienced in generating comprehensive technical architecture documents and aligning multi-stakeholder requirements.

Capable of independently managing complex infrastructure design projects in a geographically distributed, matrixed environment.

Strong communicator with a detailed-oriented and proactive approach to maintaining system stability and security.
