Own end-to-end delivery of hardware (FFRD) and software (BKC) product baselines for assigned Ready Connect product families, ensuring release readiness and BKC cadence.
Co-own hardware and software product roadmaps with Product Management, balancing platform strategy with customer demands and managing SKU and derivative strategy.
Lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to launch, establish traceability across requirements and testing, and institutionalize engineering and governance processes including CI/CD test automation and cybersecurity integration.
Minimum Requirements
15-18 years of experience in Agile delivery with clear ownership of project execution.
Experience directing system, hardware, software, security, integration, validation, and certification teams for product delivery.
Work Location: Office-based, onsite 5 days a week.
Work Experience Required: 15-18 years in relevant roles.

Experienced in managing complex, multidisciplinary hardware and software product delivery in automotive connectivity domains.
Strong strategic orientation to balance platform and customer-specific product requirements, and manage SKU discipline.
Skilled in establishing engineering governance frameworks and integrating automated testing, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance processes.
