Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets, data transformations, and reporting solutions supporting Public & Private Credit and related investment platforms.
Develop and enhance business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Sigma.
Collaborate with business users and development teams to integrate third-party data, support AI-enabled analytics use cases, and ensure data quality and governance.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, BI, or data engineering.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA from tier I institute preferred (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/XLRI).
Work Experience Required: 5+ years relevant experience (explicit);
Shift requirement: 2 - 11 PM (explicit).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building analytics engineering solutions in financial services, preferably credit or asset management domain.
Skilled in translating business reporting requirements into technical data engineering and BI solutions, working cross-functionally with business and tech teams.
Familiar with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake) and has interest or exposure to AI-enabled or advanced analytics applications.
