Associate, Medicaid – Contracts & Pricing Execution

Support execution of U.S. Medicaid rebate operations including invoice gathering, claim processing, validation checks, dispute documentation, payment package preparation, and reconciliation support.

Maintain accurate trackers for invoice status, disputes, and payment packages, escalating risks or exceptions as needed.

Use systems like Model N, SAP, and Validata for workflow execution, assist with SOP documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement activities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline.

2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, managed markets, Medicaid rebates, finance operations, revenue management, claims operations, analytics, or related controlled business operations.

Strong Excel, documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.

Work Experience Required: 2–5 years in relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare operations domains.

Experienced in Medicaid rebate or managed markets finance operations with familiarity in claims validation, dispute tracking, and rebate adjudication.

Comfortable working with complex data and multiple software tools such as Model N, SAP, Validata, SharePoint, and business intelligence tools.

Skilled at maintaining compliance and audit-ready documentation in a highly controlled, deadline-driven environment while collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.
