Design, develop, and maintain software applications and custom solutions on Amgen’s Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm platform to meet business needs.
Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm applications, ensuring availability and performance.
Automate operations, monitor system health, implement testing strategies following GxP Validation and Risk Based Validation methodologies, and integrate with other systems for seamless data flow.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
2 to 5 years of Information Systems experience.
Experience with Amgen’s Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm including Veeva configuration and custom builds.
Must hold Veeva Vault Platform Administrator or equivalent Vault Certification.
Willingness to work second or third shift schedules (evening/night shifts).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing GxP regulated environment projects with strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum methodologies, and software development lifecycle controls.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in version control (Git) and software testing.
Operationally focused individual with rapid prototyping skills and ability to collaborate with multi-functional and global teams for high-quality software delivery.
