Data Governance Enablement and Operations - Senior Associate

Maintain and update metadata artifacts and data lineage documentation in Collibra for Finance, Treasury, and Financial Risk data.

Support and improve the Finance data governance toolset, including user support, issue resolution, testing enhancements, and automation of metadata processes.

Coordinate metadata and lineage deliverables, prepare attestation evidence packages for audits, and engage with data stewards and technology teams to ensure data governance compliance.

3–5 years of experience in data governance, data management, data analysis, regulatory reporting, or related function; financial services experience preferred.

Hands-on experience with data governance or catalog platforms (Collibra preferred); exposure to lineage tools like Solidatus is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong analytical skills including large-volume data handling; SQL proficiency preferred.

Experienced with operational execution of metadata management and data lineage in a regulatory or financial environment.

Comfortable working directly with business and technology teams to validate and maintain critical data elements and support audits.

Skilled in toolset support and enhancement including automation, testing, and user training within data governance frameworks.
