Lead Data Engineer - Data Modeler

Lead design and maintenance of enterprise-wide conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting cloud data platform and business applications.

Establish and enforce data modeling standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across multiple projects and domains, focusing on dimensional and Data Vault 2.0 methodologies.

Mentor data modeling teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality data solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.

9+ years of experience in enterprise data modeling, data architecture, and governance.

Proven expertise in Data Vault 2.0, Dimensional Modeling, and use of tools like ERwin Data Modeler.

Experience with AWS and Snowflake data platforms and knowledge of data governance tools such as Collibra.

Work Experience Required: 9+ years in relevant data modeling and architecture roles.

Experienced in leading data architecture and modernization initiatives in complex, multi-domain enterprise environments, preferably banking.

Strong capability in aligning data models with enterprise architecture and regulatory compliance requirements.

Skilled at collaborating across business, technology, analytics, and governance teams in globally distributed settings.
