Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track key metrics like cycle time, throughput, and predictability, and promote cross-team alignment and stakeholder collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
10–15 years of experience with deep Agile/Scrum/SAFe expertise.
Minimum 7 years experience as Scrum Master or similar roles with strong Scrum, Kanban, and flow-based delivery skills.
Strong experience with SAFe, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices.
Applicants may need to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office; interview process includes in-person rounds; use of AI tools during interviews is prohibited.

Experienced senior Agile leader capable of mentoring Scrum Masters and elevating Agile maturity across multiple teams in an engineering-heavy or platform product environment.
Data-driven operator using metrics and AI insights to drive measurable improvements in delivery performance and team predictability.
Skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships including Product Owners, UX, Architecture, and Engineering Leads to remove impediments and drive enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
