Sr Sourcing Manager

Lead and manage a team of Sourcing Specialists in India executing Direct Material sourcing activities across machining, fabrication, electromechanical, and related commodities.

Oversee sourcing portfolio by setting priorities, allocating resources, ensuring adherence to the 6-Gate Sourcing Process, and driving cost reduction, supplier diversification, and supply risk mitigation.

Coordinate cross-functional alignment and provide sourcing guidance on supplier evaluations, complex negotiations, and sourcing escalations to meet business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.

8–10+ years experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related complex manufacturing environment with strong Direct Materials sourcing experience.

Experience managing sourcing projects across multiple commodities including machining, fabrication, and electromechanical assembly.

Ability to travel up to 30% and work remotely accommodating global time zones.

Proven leader with experience managing and developing sourcing teams focused on direct materials in complex manufacturing sectors.

Strong strategic and operational experience coordinating multiple sourcing priorities based on cost, supply risk, and new product introduction requirements.

Experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management and influencing decisions involving Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Supplier Development teams.
