Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager

Lead and manage 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) functions including continuous monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and threat hunting across enterprise IT, cloud, OT, and digital environments.

Own SOC technology platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, driving use-case development, tuning, automation, and integration with enterprise architecture.

Manage SOC team leadership, incident command during major cyber incidents, define & report SOC metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise cybersecurity strategy and business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.

8–12+ years in cybersecurity with minimum 5 years SOC or incident response leadership experience.

Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms and security monitoring tools.

Work Experience Required: 8–12+ years cybersecurity experience including 5+ years SOC/incident response leadership role; Location: Bangalore Karle Town SEZ.

Experienced leader capable of managing globally distributed SOC teams operating 24x7 in complex enterprise environments.

Strong operational owner of SOC technology platforms with ability to optimize detection and automate responses.

Proven incident commander with deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary tactics, and experience liaising with multiple security and business stakeholders.
