Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-scale SQL Server databases and SSIS-based ETL solutions.
Manage end-to-end delivery of SQL and ETL projects including planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution ensuring quality and timely releases.
Oversee and mentor a team of SQL and SSIS developers, manage production support, establish operational dashboards, and maintain stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of experience in SQL Server database development, SSIS, ETL solutions, and team management.
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (versions 2012-2022) and extensive experience with SSIS.
Proven experience in query optimization, database performance tuning, and managing end-to-end delivery teams.
Location requirement: Chennai (Hybrid model). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with demonstrated ability to manage distributed SQL Server and SSIS development teams across locations.
Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities with experience delivering enterprise-scale data migration, modernization, and production support.
Background in complex industries (Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Enterprise applications) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.
