Lead and manage the Pune-based Intelligent Packaged Power software (LVMCC) and firmware (MVB) engineering teams, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with IPP goals.
Oversee execution of software and firmware development including secure, reliable, and high-quality embedded firmware and industrial software delivery, collaborating cross-functionally and with global teams.
Drive disciplined engineering practices, continuous improvement, risk management, and team capability development, including coaching and resource planning.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related technical field.
Minimum 7 years relevant software or firmware engineering experience, including at least 2 years in leadership/management role.
Experience delivering industrial software, embedded firmware, controls, automation, or similar complex engineered products.
Legal authorization to work in India; hybrid work setup based in Pune, Hinjewadi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader combining technical and people management skills, able to oversee both software and firmware engineering functions within industrial automation.
Strong background in Agile development and cross-functional collaboration, capable of aligning engineering plans to product roadmaps and customer needs.
Familiar with secure and disciplined engineering practices including functional safety, cybersecurity, CI/CD, and embedded systems development, with focus on operational delivery and continuous improvement.
