MDM – Technical & Integration Lead

Lead technical design, integration, and operation of Sulzer's Master Data Management (MDM) capability across enterprise applications and analytical platforms.

Own MDM technical architecture, data models, validations, workflows, and integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise/SaaS systems.

Ensure MDM data quality, availability, operational reliability, manage releases, lifecycle, and partner coordination for global MDM adoption.

8-10+ years of experience in MDM, enterprise data integration or data platforms with responsibility for complex MDM/integration implementations.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.

Expertise in enterprise MDM concepts, master-data modeling, match/merge, SAP integration, APIs, and cloud/data platforms.

Fluent in English; Relevant certifications in MDM, SAP, cloud or integration desirable.

Experienced in global, matrixed organizations with proven capability in cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination for enterprise MDM.

Strong technical depth with ability to design and implement complex MDM architectures and integrations aligned to enterprise/data architectures.

Comfortable working with strategic stakeholders across data governance, enterprise architecture, data engineering, and application teams.
