Design, implement, and maintain reusable code for test automation framework components.
Lead test design and code reviews, and manage test automation development processes according to organizational standards.
Provide work breakdown, estimates, and meet quality and test automation schedule targets while managing dependencies and risks.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of experience in testing domain with a minimum of 5 years in test automation.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Proficient in one programming language: C#.NET, Python, or Java and experienced with Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for web automation testing.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, BDD automation in MS Azure DevOps, and ISTQB certification or equivalent in web testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in maintaining and extending test automation frameworks and libraries for web applications and APIs.
Strong skills in test design, review, defect management, and root cause analysis within Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Capable of collaborating across time zones and fluent in English for clear communication with multiple stakeholders.
