Lead Power BI development focusing on financial dashboards for senior leadership, including P&L, Budget vs Estimate, variance analysis, and financial KPIs.
Create and optimize complex Power BI semantic and dimensional models with advanced DAX calculations, including Row-Level Security and role-based access.
Work directly with Finance, FP&A, and Technology stakeholders to deliver large-scale Fabric and Power BI deployments leveraging Microsoft Fabric technologies.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience with strong expertise in DAX, data modeling, and semantic modeling.
Proven experience in developing financial dashboards and reports such as P&L, Budget vs Estimate, variance analysis, and KPIs.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components including Fabric Semantic Models, Direct Lake, Fabric Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines.
Experience implementing Row-Level Security and building drill-down/drill-through reports for multiple business dimensions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Technology Finance or IT Finance reporting, including Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks and understanding of technology cost structures.
Skilled in handling finance data types like General Ledger, Actuals, Budgets, Estimates, Forecasts, Cost centres, and hierarchical financial structures.
Familiar with latest Power BI/Fabric ecosystem features such as Microsoft OneLake, Fabric Lakehouses, and Copilot integration with experience in large-scale enterprise deployments.
