Own end-to-end design, architecture, development, and validation of embedded control platforms for power electronic systems (DC/DC converters, inverters, motor drives, BMS, EV charging).
Develop real-time firmware (C/C++) for microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs implementing control algorithms, PWM strategies, diagnostics and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART).
Lead hardware bring-up, interface testing, system debugging, and ensure safety compliance (IEC, UL) for production-ready embedded solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or M.Tech in Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, or related discipline.
3-6 years of experience in embedded hardware and firmware development for power electronic systems in industrial or automotive sectors.
Proficiency in embedded C/C++, real-time control development, microcontrollers (TI C2000, STM32, Infineon), DSPs, FPGAs and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART).
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, model-based design, HIL testing, and familiarity with safety and functional diagnostics (ASIL compliance).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration for control architecture and hardware-software integration in power electronics.
Familiar with safety and regulatory compliance including IEC, UL, ISO 26262 lifecycle and functional safety diagnostics.
Skilled in system-level debugging with lab tools, version control (Git), firmware modularization, and secure embedded architectures including OTA update strategies.
