Minimum Requirements
8-14 years of experience in Quality Engineering with proven leadership of large-scale enterprise programs.
Mandatory location: Bangalore only.
Mandatory educational background: BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/EEE/Electronics.
Hands-on expertise with Automation Tools (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca), Performance Tools (LoadRunner, JMeter), API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured), and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving quality transformation balancing automation, performance, and business quality objectives at enterprise scale.
Capable of strategic test governance including risk-based testing, quality metrics presentation to CXO stakeholders, and delivery governance.
Demonstrates ability to scale teams and processes from tactical QA execution to a strategic Quality Engineering function with innovation adoption (AI-enabled testing, TCoE frameworks).
