Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in the testing domain, with at least 3 years dedicated to test automation.
Proficient in one programming language among C#.NET, Python, or Java with hands-on experience in web automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
Experience in web app and web API automation testing, manual testing skills, and familiarity with BDD test automation in MS Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in maintaining or extending test automation framework modules or libraries with strong test design and review capabilities.
Well-versed in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycle with ability to provide technical solutions.
Comfortable with collaborative work across time zones and skilled in root cause analysis and defect management in an agile environment.
