Minimum Requirements

10-16 years of experience in data engineering focused on cloud-native data solutions.
Proficiency with Python, PySpark, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working with internal/in-house data tools and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, located in Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership managing high-performing data engineering teams across multiple geographies and projects.
Strong technical background with expertise in cloud data warehousing, distributed systems, and data modeling.
Experience driving engineering best practices (CI/CD, code quality, testing) and mentoring senior engineers in agile and DevOps environments.
