Design, develop, and lead embedded control software for advanced power electronics products like converters, inverters, EV chargers, and traction drives.
Develop and validate control algorithms (PID, state-space, adaptive control) and lead embedded firmware development in C/C++ for real-time systems.
Perform system integration, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing, debugging, and support validation and certification activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Control Systems, or Embedded Systems.
3–17+ years of experience in power electronics control software development.
Strong understanding of control theory, power converter topologies, embedded systems, and debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
Posting Location: Bengaluru.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing embedded control solutions for power electronics applications such as EVs, renewable energy (solar, wind), and industrial drives.
Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation tools and real-time embedded software for microcontrollers/DSPs.
Familiar with certification and compliance standards like IEC, ISO, and automotive SPICE.
