Minimum Requirements
3-5 years experience in product delivery, product management, or project coordination, preferably in SaaS or AI-led environment.
Strong functional understanding of enterprise SaaS products, APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic coding concepts.
Ability to work from Bangalore office five days a week (in-person role).
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant product or delivery roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with SaaS or AI product delivery and client-facing solution implementation.
Strong technical understanding including APIs, troubleshooting, monitoring tools (Kafka, Grafana, Sentry) and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Demonstrates proactive ownership of client success, platform adoption, and problem-solving mindset in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
