Minimum Requirements
7 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
Strong Python backend development expertise with FastAPI, Flask, or Django and microservices architecture.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal and AI agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen).
Work from office in Madurai, Tamil Nadu; knowledge of Healthcare domain including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and related workflows preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, distributed backend architectures integrating AI within enterprise environments.
Proficient in designing secure, event-driven AI automation platforms with strong debugging and architecture skills.
Demonstrated leadership in technical teams, including mentoring, code reviews, and delivering production-grade full stack AI applications.
