Product Manager- Robotics and Industrial Automation

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of robotics and industrial automation solutions including concept, launch, and post-market support.

Develop and execute product strategies informed by market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to drive robotics business growth.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, positioning, and commercialization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics).

5+ years of experience in product management or technical program management within robotics, industrial automation, or related domains.

Experience understanding and managing robotics technologies such as Cobots, Humanoids, Robotic Arms, Motion Control, Perception Systems, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Work Experience Required: 5+ years

Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain for product delivery.

Strong familiarity with robotics technology trends including AI/ML, vision systems, and edge computing relevant for industrial automation.

Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product improvements and competitive positioning.
