Minimum Requirements
5+ years in Product Management specifically with communications, platform, or integration products.
Proven experience with API or platform products at scale involving SMS, WhatsApp Business, email, RCS, voice, and cloud communications providers.
Strong stakeholder management and product leadership skills including roadmap development and cross-functional delivery.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in Product Management
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing platform-based communication ecosystems, prioritizing platform reuse over point solutions.
Skilled in navigating ambiguity and aligning complex, cross-disciplinary teams from Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations.
Familiar with compliance requirements (GDPR, consent management), cloud-native architectures, and capable of leading large-scale technology migrations.
