Lead end-to-end integration of new partners covering policy, legal, compliance, tech, UAT, launch, and post-launch stability with standardized, automated processes.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of new partners aligned with product roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally for timely launches and scale-up.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years experience managing Bank and NBFC partnerships, preferably in fintech or NBFC sector.
Good understanding of co-lending models, FLDG structures, and DLG guidelines.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
