Support servicing activities for commercial lending products including commercial real estate and problem loans.
Coordinate resolution of client issues and provide customer service, loan diligence, and portfolio maintenance.
Maintain data in systems of record and provide guidance to peers; ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
At least 6 months of commercial loan servicing experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
Experience with commercial loan servicing functions such as loan documentation review, customer issue resolution, and data validation.
Ability to work night shifts starting 6:30 PM IST and follow US holiday calendar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiar with commercial lending products, loan lifecycle, and regulatory compliance, preferably with Loan IQ platform experience.
Capable of managing multiple high-volume assignments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing technical guidance to peers.
