About This Role

Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshoot Oracle EBS Financials, HR, and SCM applications within defined SLAs.

Resolve support tickets including sub-ledger and month-end close issues with hands-on technical and functional analysis.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and process consultants to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement fixes to achieve root-cause resolution.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years overall IT experience, including 8+ years in Oracle EBS application development and support, and 5+ years techno-functional experience in Oracle Financial modules.

Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Discoverer development/support.

Must be able to work at JCI India office with willingness to travel for major milestones.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in production support environments with strong troubleshooting skills for complex PL/SQL and month-end close issues.

Techno-functional background enabling communication between technical and business teams across Oracle Financial and SCM modules.

Comfortable working in a global delivery and distributed team environment.
