5+ years software development experience with Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with Master’s degree.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Kotlin and API design (REST/gRPC/GraphQL).
Ability to design and build moderately complex, well-defined software systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and managing critical tier-0/tier-1 applications in production environments.
Skilled in relational and non-relational databases, CI/CD, source control (Git), and monitoring tools like Splunk or Datadog.
Demonstrated capability to lead design efforts, mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and improve engineering processes in an agile environment.
