Director, Technology Risk Management

Lead independent second line technology risk oversight across regulated entities, focusing on technology, cyber, operational resilience, outsourcing, and third-party risk.

Evaluate material technology initiatives and transformation programs from a risk perspective, providing evidence-based challenge and monitoring emerging risks.

Drive enhancements to the broader Risk Management Framework including governance, risk appetite, assessments, reporting and provide clear risk insights to leadership and regulatory bodies.

Significant experience in technology risk, cyber risk, operational risk, information security governance, technology controls or IT audit in a regulated financial services, payments, banking, or fintech sector.

Proven senior-level experience engaging with executives, governance committees, Boards, regulators or auditors.

Bachelor's degree in technology, information security, computer science, risk management or related field preferred; relevant professional experience considered.

Work Experience Required: Significant experience in relevant technology risk fields at senior level.

Experienced leader capable of independent oversight and credible challenge across complex, global technology risk environments and change programs.

Comfortable navigating strategic governance, regulatory priorities and detailed risk matters while designing or enhancing enterprise-wide Risk Management Frameworks.

Strong communicator skilled at translating complex risk assessments into pragmatic recommendations for senior leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
