Own and manage product backlog and roadmap for digital lab and data platform capabilities supporting Process Development.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver enhancements improving data quality, lab execution efficiency, and scientific insight generation.
Lead Agile delivery including requirements definition, user story development, UAT, business validation, and adoption efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree with 3 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience.
Experience in product management with Agile delivery methods.
Familiarity with digital lab platforms (ELN, LIMS) and cloud data platforms like Databricks or Redshift.
Work Experience Required: At least 3-5 years in relevant digital/product roles as per degree level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience at intersection of science, technology, data, and business process transformation, especially in Pharma R&D.
Able to translate complex scientific and business needs into clear, scalable product roadmaps and backlogs.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering, business, and scientific stakeholders to drive delivery and product adoption.
