Payroll Accounting - Associate

Support payroll accounting transactions and reconcile employee pay records across pay cycles ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Maintain employee master data, payroll documentation, and respond to payroll inquiries following HR protocols.

Prepare routine payroll reports, monitor data quality, and assist with payroll adjustments and related HR processes.

Bachelor's degree mandatory.

Minimum of 1 year work experience required.

Oral and written proficiency in English mandatory.

Experience with payroll accounting or exposure through coursework/internship preferred but not strictly mandatory.

Background or academic preference in Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related fields.

Demonstrated ability to use HR software and apply data analysis to payroll or employee records.

Capable of gathering and validating information from multiple sources and clearly communicating within diverse teams.
