Support operational reporting, process improvement automation, and implementation/support of a Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
Build, test, deploy, and maintain workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate and assist in troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and dashboards to support KPIs and management decisions, including PSA-related reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, reporting, process improvement, automation, or professional services operations.
Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI, advanced Excel skills.
Ability to support US Central Time Zone working hours, fluent English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working under guidance while demonstrating growing independence and ownership in operations and automation tasks.
Experienced with or interested in business process automation, AI-enabled workflows, and professional services platforms such as Monday.com.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy, suited for cross-functional collaboration and presenting insights to senior leadership.
