Support operational reporting and develop reports and dashboards for key operational KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

1 to 3 years relevant professional experience in business analysis, reporting, process improvement, automation, or professional services operations.

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI; advanced Excel skills required.

Ability to support US Central Time working hours.

Early-career professional comfortable working with technology and developing independence with guidance.

Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to data accuracy, suited for business process automation and operational analytics.

Experience or interest in AI-enabled workflows and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot is advantageous.
