Lead sourcing and procurement strategy for EV traction motor components globally and domestically, managing cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
Develop and execute supplier strategy including audits, APQP/PPAP readiness, dual sourcing, and localization for critical motor commodities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Program Management to optimize cost, inventory, supplier performance, and production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: 4–12+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement within automotive or electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Mandatory technical knowledge of EV motor components including laminations, magnets (NdFeB), copper wire/hairpin, insulation, varnish/resins, precision machining, castings, sensors, connectors, and harnesses.
Experience with APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949 standards, and supplier audits is required.
Bachelor of Technology (BTech) & Master of Technology (MTech) qualifications required.

Experienced in managing complex supply chains for electro-mechanical components in automotive or EV sectors with deep domain expertise in traction motor parts.
Demonstrates strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and risk management skills linked to supplier and cost management.
Capable of driving cross-functional programs with Design, Manufacturing, and Finance to improve supplier readiness, product quality, and launch success.
