Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Experience managing medium to large HR operations/shared services delivery teams in global or regional environments.
Experience with HR operational processes, service delivery models, and operational performance management mandatory.
Relocation and visa sponsorship not provided; location is Pune with multiple possible locations in India.

Experienced leader comfortable managing large, multi-regional HR shared services operations across multiple time zones.
Strong operational governance and stakeholder management skills within matrix and multicultural environments.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and demonstrated ability driving process harmonization and service improvements.
