Own the design, execution, and architecture of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions within implementation projects, ensuring alignment with customer business needs.
Lead project teams to develop functional specifications, test plans, and modifications; support integration between technical and functional business requirements.
Provide level 3 support during go-live, deliver presentations to various stakeholders, and serve as a technical liaison among project managers, customers, and executives.
Minimum Requirements
12-16 years of corporate experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Hands-on expertise in technical configuration of WMS products (preferably Blue Yonder/RedPrairie), SQL/PLSQL, Jasper reports, Pagebuilder, and MOCA.
Knowledge of WMS integration with ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, voice/material handling/ASRS systems, and experience with software development lifecycle activities including testing and performance tuning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain expertise in Blue Yonder/RedPrairie WMS with strong operational knowledge to configure and architect scalable solutions for current and future customer needs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage integration complexities between WMS and related systems.
Experience engaging with multiple organizational levels, including executive sponsors, with strong communication skills for resolving complex technical issues.
