Lead - Workplace Management (Travel & Transport Operations)

Oversee end-to-end corporate travel program including bookings, vendor management, and travel platform administration (e.g., Navan).

Manage employee transportation operations across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore offices, including route optimization, driver safety, and fleet/vendor management.

Drive transport technology implementation and operational excellence by tracking KPIs, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

6 to 8 years hands-on experience managing corporate travel, employee transportation, and workplace logistics in corporate environments.

Proficiency with travel management platforms such as Navan, Concur, or Spotnana.

Experience with Transport Management Systems like SafeTrax, Route Matic, or MoveInSync.

Strong skills in vendor management, contract compliance, PR/PO workflows, and MIS reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.

Experienced in managing large-scale employee transport networks including shuttle routing and vendor fleets.

Demonstrated ability to lead platform administration, vendor negotiations, and SLA monitoring.

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and managing escalations with strong communication in English and Tamil.
