Minimum Requirements
11+ years of relevant experience in Solution Architecture or closely related architecture role.
Strong hands-on experience designing and architecting microservices-based, API-driven applications, having delivered at least 3 large-scale projects.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong Banking domain experience with exposure to Banking, Wealth Management, Lending, Asset Management, and Accounting; knowledge of cybersecurity principles and regulatory standards like PCI-DSS, GDPR, UAE requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise architecture patterns with ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions in regulated banking environments.
Proven ability to lead architecture across Agile teams and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity or exposure to emerging technologies including AI/GenAI, LLMs, security architecture concepts, and AI-assisted development tools for evaluating technology modernization potential.
