Lead assessment and define target-state architecture for enterprise secrets management, IAM integration, and privileged access across Azure, AWS, on-premises, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.
Establish enterprise standards, governance models, migration plans, and security automation for secrets management, credential rotation, and access reviews.
Collaborate with multi-geography security, cloud, platform, risk, and application teams to drive DevSecOps initiatives, improve privileged access, and maintain compliance metrics dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
7.5+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS with enterprise cloud security exposure.
Hands-on expertise in enterprise secrets management, IAM including Azure Entra ID and AWS IAM, and privileged access management tools like CyberArk.
Experience delivering at least one enterprise transformation involving secrets management, IAM, PAM, DevSecOps, or cloud security.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-cloud (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environment secrets and IAM architectures with proven practical implementations.
Strong capability in defining and enforcing enterprise-level security standards, governance, and metrics for secrets and privileged access.
Experienced collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in regulated enterprise sectors such as banking, healthcare, or financial services.
