Design, implement, and configure MDM data models and business rules using Semarchy xDM, Informatica MDM, Talend MDM, or similar platforms.
Develop and optimize matching rules, duplicate detection, merge/unmerge strategies, and survivorship logic for golden record accuracy.
Manage data governance workflows, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and participate in testing and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of total experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM, Informatica MDM, Talend MDM, or any other MDM platform.
Advanced skills in SQL and data modeling.
Deep understanding of matching processes, survivorship, golden record management, and duplicate handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operationalizing enterprise-level MDM solutions focusing on data quality and governance.
Capable of translating complex business needs into technical MDM configurations and workflows.
Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including business and data stakeholders to implement effective master data management strategies.
