Principal Client Project Manager

Lead and manage concurrent standard or complex client projects and programs, ensuring delivery from concept to final implementation and handover to operations.

Engage with senior leadership stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction, manage escalations, and maintain project/program delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.

Provide pre-sales support including scoping, costing, and client presentations; influence sales through senior-level business conversations and identify new opportunities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field.

Relevant project management certification, preferably PMP; ITIL certification is beneficial.

Extended project/program management experience, preferably in a multinational Professional Services environment.
