Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of relevant experience as data scientist or pricing scientist in retail/e-commerce analytics.
Masters or PhD in management science, data science, economics, or mathematics preferred from reputed institutes.
Strong fundamental knowledge in price elasticity, econometrics, and optimization techniques; applied machine learning knowledge including classification and regression.
Proficiency in Python or R, PowerBI, Snowflake/SQL; experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques like ARIMA, SARIMAX.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing pricing models with ability to interpret and communicate complex analytical outputs to business stakeholders.
Skilled in forecasting and demand analysis with understanding of microeconomic factors impacting retail categories and regions.
Able to work collaboratively within cross-functional, multicultural global teams supporting North America retail pricing initiatives.
