Minimum Requirements
14+ years of design and development experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/PhD).
Strong skills in Java, Spring Framework, multithreaded application development, data analysis, and engineering.
Experience with RESTful services, SOA, Oracle/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and any public cloud platform (OpenStack, Azure, GCP, or AWS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting fault-tolerant, scalable real-time distributed systems operating at high volumes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration while mentoring and elevating engineering teams.
Comfortable working with multiple technology stacks and continuous improvement of engineering practices in a supply chain or similar complex domain environment.
