Maintain and manage electro-mechanical systems including HT/LT substations, DG sets, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and Building Management Systems on-site in Gurugram.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and ensure compliance with fire safety, lift, and environmental regulations.
Supervise vendor contracts, monitor service level agreements, and lead cost and energy consumption control initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
4 to 12 years of hands-on technical management experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, or corporate campuses.
On-site work location in Gurugram, India with general shift timings 9AM-6PM, 6 days a week, 48 hours weekly.
Immediate joining availability demanded (Notice Period: Immediate joiner).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in electro-mechanical system operations and maintenance in large commercial or IT infrastructure environments.
Capable of managing multiple technical vendor contracts and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Able to oversee cost, energy efficiency efforts and lead maintenance planning effectively.
