Develop and maintain a suite of finance desk applications involving position management, trade capture, electronic trading, and market risk processing in a global team environment.
Own all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and production support (Level 3).
Contribute to DevOps improvements, coordinate global testing, and collaborate with multiple internal partner technology and business teams.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in application development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong core Java skills including JDBC/JPA and Restful web services.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL), build tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, UDeploy), and Unix/Linux environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working in distributed global teams and coordinating across different time zones.
Technically proficient in Java frameworks (such as Hibernate, Junit, Spring Boot) and cloud-based architectures like OpenShift/Kubernetes (preferred but not mandatory).
Capable of taking ownership and leading complex development initiatives with moderate supervision, comfortable working across business and technology stakeholders.
