Analyze customer demand, forecast, backlog, and order trends to identify risks and opportunities in supply chain operations.
Develop and maintain data dashboards (Tableau, SQL) and generate weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Support and drive process improvements, automation projects, and issue resolution across Customer Service, Planning, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, and Operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics and production planning.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel (basic and advanced), and SAP.
Ability to work in flexible shifts and effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or exposure to automotive supply chain domain preferred.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in large dataset analysis and automation of manual processes.
Collaborative and pragmatic operator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
